We have three AVID Express editing suites in Halifax soon to be upgraded to full HD.  We've used them for off-line and on-line editing for Canadian and International broadcasters.  They are awesome but we don't use them 24/7 and we are happy to rent them out.  We can even supply some of the coolest editors in the business.
